It is located on the Costa Blanca South in Villamartin (Orihuela Costa) where you can enjoy sun, sea, beach and socializing. The apartment can be reached by elevator and has a beautiful shared outdoor swimming pool and roof terrace.

For the winter months, all facilities are provided for a comfortable stay and you will experience the benefits of a sunny south-facing terrace. In the vicinity you will find bars, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers and 4 km away the Spanish Costa with its cozy sandy beaches and beach bars.
